Will of Alfred James Thomson 1916
This is the last will and testament of me Alfred James Thomson of 264 Brownhill Road Catford in the county of Kent made this fourteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore I appoint my brother Ralph Goodwin Thomson of Number 86 Lewisham High Road S E and my nephew Charles Halliburton Thomson of Number 28 Tyrwhitt Road St Johns S E to be my executors and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give and bequeath unto my brother Ralph Goodwin Thomson all my personal Estate in trust for the use and disposal of my Dear Emma - Alfred James Thomson - Signed by the said Testator Alfred James Thomson in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses - John A Little 1 Harmsworth St Kennington Pk S E - Joseph J Pitarc 70 Greenwich Rd Greenwich S E
On the 18th day of July 1916 Probate of this Will was granted to Ralph Goodwin Thomson and Charles Halliburton Thomson the Executors.
BE IT KNOWN that Alfred James Thomson of 132 Greenwich Road Greenwich in the County of Kent formerly of 264 Brownhill Road Catford in the said County died on the 9th day of June 1916 at 132 Greenwich Road aforesaid
and be it further known that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, and that administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Ralph Goodwin Thomson of 86 Lewisham High Road New Cross in the said County draper brother and Charles Halliburton Thomson of 132 Greenwich Road aforesaid draper nephew of deceased the Executors named in the said will
