This is the last Will and Testament of me William Lellyett of West Tarring in the County of Sussex Gent being of sound and disposing Mind Memory and understanding First I give and bequeath unto my Sister Ann Lellyett my household Furniture and all my Money and Securities for Money and all my Personal Estate of whatsoever or wheresoever that same shall or may be found at the time of my Decease and I do hereby make ordain constitute and appoint my said Sister Ann Lellyett sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In witness thereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set and subscribe my Hand and Seal this twenty third day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ten Wm. Lellyett (SS) — Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator William Lellyett as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our Names as Witnesses thereto Thomas Knowles — Daniel Monk
Proved at London on 22d april 1813 before the judge by the Oath of Ann Lellyett Spinster the Sister & sole Executrix to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn by Com[missi]on duly to administer
